With the passage of Senate Bill 1122,
sellers of property must provide the buyer with disclosures
of both Mello-Roos Community Facilities Districts and
1915 Act Special Assessment Districts. A Notice of Special
Tax and Notice of Special Assessment must be provided
to fulfill the legal disclosure requirement. The California
Tax Disclosure Report is currently the only report to
fulfill this new requirement. Check Report Availability.
The new Estimated Property Tax Report
shows the buyer an estimate of their supplemental tax
bill(s), the pro-rated amount of the existing prpoerty
taxes, and an estimate of future annual tax bills. An

The New Home Tax Disclosure Report is designed to meet real estate developers’ obligation to disclose all Mello-Roos and 1915 Bond Act Districts to prospective buyers.
